ISO 9126 dan ISO 25010 : Model Kualitas Piranti Lunak dan Website. Oleh: Maryono

Untuk mengkaji kualitas piranti lunak dan website, terdapat berbagai model kualitas yang telah dikembangkan, di antaranya Mc Call Quality model, Boehm model, Dromey model, FURPS model, ISO 9126 model, ISO 25010, Bertoa model, Gequamo model, Alvaro model, Rawashdeh model, CapGemini Open Source Maturity Model,  OpenBRR Model, SQO-OSS Model, dan QualOSS Model.  Kajian persepsi, maupun kualitas piranti lunak dan website dapat menggunakan model-model tersebut.

Model ISO 9126 dan ISO 25010 banyak dimodifikasi dan dikembangkan menjadi berbagai model. Berikut bagan model ISO 9126 dan ISO 25010:

    Hallo , perkenalkan saya mahendra saya sedang berminat untuk melakukan penelitian terkait dengan pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan ISO 25010, sebelumnya terimakasi atas materiya, saya ijin bertanya adakah rujukan yang tepat mengapa kita harus menggunakan iso 25010 untuk melakukan pnegujian sistem? apakah iso 25010 bisa dikatakan lebih baik ketimbang dari metode / framework yang lainnya? mohon penjelasannya.       Menurut Miguel dkk. (2014), untuk mengkaji kualitas piranti lunak dapat digunakan
      model variabel standar ISO 25010, sebuah model yang menjadi dasar pengembangan
      berbagai metode pengkajian piranti lunak. jadi model tsb menjadi dasar dari berbagai variasi model lainnya.

        Terimakasi atas penjelasannya pak, saya ijin bertanya sekali lagi, rencananya saya ingin mengevaluasi sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan berdasarkan ISO 25010 tersebut, dan dari 8 karakteristik yang ada pada ISO 25010 saya mengambil 4 karakteristik (berdasarkan david,2011) yakni functional, usability, compatibility, dan performance. Kemudian saat berdiskusi dengan dosen saya diminta untuk mempertimbangkan apakah mungkin bisa menambah karakteristik selain 4 karakteristik tersebut. Saya ingin bertanya pak apakah untuk aspek portability, maintainbility, operability, dan security bisa diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi sebuah aplikasi mobile android yang kebanyakan fungsinya hanya untuk menampilkan data, tanpa ada proses bisnis didalamnya,dan tidak berbasis web mobile ? terimakasi pak, mohon bimbingannya

          sepanjang masih relevan dengan obyek kajian (software), ISO dapat digunakan untuk mengkajinya. bisa juga ditambahkan karakteristik / variabel dari berbagai riset yang pernah dilakukan (asal menyebut sumbernya). Penelitianku jg spt itu, menggunakan ISO 25010, ditambah variabel dari riset sebelumnya. judulnya “Pengembangan website koleksi
          langka Perpustakaan UGM sebagai preservasi digital heritage menuju era industri 4.0”, baru akan dimuat edisi juni 2020 di Jurnal Kajian Informasi dan Perpustakaan UNPAD http://jurnal.unpad.ac.id/jkip/issue/archive.

      ISO menjadi acuan dasar pengembangan, sekaligus untuk mengkaji / mengevaluasi kualitas berdasarkan variabel indikatornya
