Abstrak

Transformasi dari media cetak ke  digital online, perilaku dari individu ke kolaborasi, inovasi teknologi sosial media yang dramatis, serta perubahan sains teknologi  telah mendorong pustakawan untuk bersikap antisipatif dan adaptif.  Perlu pemahaman terhadap perubahan dan beradaptasi dengan meningkatkan keahlian dan kompetensi yang sesuai. Kajian ini menganalisis beberapa upaya pustakawan dalam mendukung produktivitas riset dan publikasi, yang menjadi indikator utama pemeringkatan universitas. Upaya pustakawan berupa kegiatan literasi informasi digital untuk memberikan kompetensi dan membentuk perilaku pencarian informasi yang efisien dan efektif. Kajian literatur ini disusun dengan mengkaji  kecenderungan yang terjadi, beberapa istilah terkait perilaku informasi, dan berbagai riset empiris yang telah membuktikan korelasi positif antara literasi informasi dan produktivitas publikasi riset.
